01. What trade terms usually used by us?

This is negotible between dealer and us, usually we offer EXW and FOB terms, if there is other requirement, please discuss with our sales team.

We usually find dealers or agents in each market to do the wholesales, and our region dealer will handle the retails, this is because we are factory and didn't enter into retail business. 

Most of our clients do the payment by TT, but for sample order we also accept Paypal, westunion etc.

Our usually delivery time is around 35days, but due to different products supplying period, please discuss this with our sales team once you ordered from us. 

Randomised words which don’t look even slightly believable. If you are going passage of you need sure there anything.

For sample order we usually didn't set up MOQ, you can discuss this with our sales team due to different product types. 

Yes, we accept OEM service with client's brands, but package usually have a MOQ 1000SETS.

All Aozoom products have been inpected under strict process to make sure they are 100% correct and running well. Our products are outstanding from other competitors. 

Usually we ship the order in one shipment to save the shipping cost, but under some urgent situation, we can divide the shipments as client's request.

10. Can you design new products for clients?

Yes, we offer ODM service to realize your idea into a real products, all the process following TS16949 car industry standard. But meantime this service will need MOQ, for detail please contact us.

Do you have questions for our products

Here we give some answers and solutions for mostly frequently asked questions from our former customers. Hope you can find some helpful info before cooperate with us.

01. If I have a problem with the merchandise I purchased from Aozoom, how do I get help?

For most issues, simply contact us through email in the contact info. If you believe there is a defective merchandise issue, we will verify if it is for manufacturer warranty (if applicable) or returns. But usually you should have a view or test of the products once you received it, we can only handle the problem of 30 days after your receiving date. And all the transport fees for return should be at the side of buyers.

After double confirmed with us on the defects type and quantity, we usualy delivery the complement with the next order. For more details you can contact our sales team. 

Usually our dealer in each market will offer both the products and services, in order for a fast problem solutions we suggest to contact them first.
