We at Aozoom strive to meet your demands as efficiently and rapidly as possible.  In order to create and maintain the best relationship possible, we ask that you read our Terms, Conditions and Policies regarding all aspects of your orders.

The following terms and conditions govern the sale by the entity “Aozoom” named on the invoices we provide to you for orders of LED auto lights, components, and/or other products sold by Aozoom.

By ordering and/or accepting delivery of products described your invoice, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may not be appended, modified or altered by the end user.  No other document(s) may be used to change our agreement in any way. Any attempts to append, modify, or alter our terms and conditions will make the agreement null and void unless agreed upon in writing explicitly by Aozoom.

Aozoom reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior written notice at any time. All of our terms, conditions and policies are written with both your and our own security in mind. Our goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience these policies may cause.

Payment Methods

To protect customers' privacy, we accept West Union and TT payment methods. West Union, while we will offer the account info and you will do it once received our confirm Invoice, that is the same as TT.

Website Errors and Omissions

We aim to provide the most accurate and up-to-date product specifications, information and descriptions of all products listed on our website.  In some cases, product features and/or included options may change prior to official release.  We will do our best to make you aware of such changes or modifications, but Aozoom IS NOT responsible for any errors or omissions within in these descriptions or specification. If you are ever dissatisfied with a purchase due to such an inaccuracy, Aozoom will, make every effort to improve your satisfaction. Since every case is different, the solution may also change based on the situation.  We suggest you contact one of our customer support representatives immediately with any issues.  All final solutions are made at the discretion of the Aozoom.

Aozoom IS NOT responsible for any typing errors, misprints, or general errors contained on the Aozoomgroup.com website or any other affiliated site.  All facts and information, whether related to the site or to individual products, should be confirmed via email before a purchase.

Support

Aozoom provides email technical support for every product we sell.  Simply contact one of our highly trained Technical Support Representatives at: aozoom(at)aozoomgroup.com. In most cases we will be able to quickly identify the problem you are experiencing and find a remedy.  The staff here is made up of a dedicated crew of gadget geeks.  We pride ourselves on knowing our products inside and out and being able to help you with the toughest questions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days after you received our confirmation on receipt, For West Union and TT, after we confirm the payment is arrived, we will issue the refund in 1-5 business days.

Back ordered Items

Items that are unavailable will be placed on back order, and the remainder of your order will be shipped. Please note that dates we give you in the PI are estimates and not guaranteed to arrive on that date. For items that are backordered, you will receive scheduled reminders of back ordered items and you may cancel any outstanding back orders with us. And of course you can inform us to make the whole shipment after all products are ready.

Where possible, we will make every effort to alert customers of potential delays, or possible substitutions to the originally ordered item (such as bulbs with near similar specifications).

Obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

While we strive to provide you with the highest quality, hand picked items, a product might not perform as expected by the time it's delivered. In such cases, you may ask for a replacement, and on return of the product, you may be shipped a replacement.

Defective products are exchanged within 7 days of received by you. Contact us at aozoom(at)aozoomgroup.com and attach a photo clearly showing the defect of the product. A response will be returned within 72 business hours with instructions and an RMA where applicable.

Always keep the original packaging of the order until the items are found to be in good condition. We may request that you send a photo of the original packaging to research on and help you resolve any product or order related questions.

Reviews and Content

Visitors may post content if it is not illegal, obscene, threatening, false, or defamatory. You may not impersonate any person or entity. We reserve the right (but not obligation) to remove or edit such content. If you do submit material, you grant us royalty-free, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content, with your name if we choose, throughout the world.

Overpayments

If you send us a check or money order for more than your order total, or if you obtain a credit with us, we will give you credit for the balance on your next order.

Product Descriptions

Writing product descriptions isn’t half as fun as reading them! If we misrepresent a product, and you’re unhappy with the item, bring it to our attention.

Product Images

We may provide the product images you see on our website. The product might be displayed in bulk packaging.

Please review our other policies posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to Aozoomgroup.com. We reserve the right to make changes to our site and policies at any time without notice. We disclaim implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. If any of these conditions are deemed invalid for any reason, that condition shall be severable and not affect the validity of any remaining condition.
